Non-standard software installation. It's like wrestling a bear. Only, this particular bear is quite cross. He's just had to fill in a lengthy tax return while having Justin Beiber scream into his ear and he's lost all his pens. He's also been covered in grease, set on fire, attacked by a vicious horde of rabid squirrels and thrown on to a trampoline. He is not a very happy bear at all.
