Dramatic instructions

I'm reviewing a paper for the first time. One of the instructions is a tad dramatic for my liking :

7. If qualified historians wish to use your report, we will ask you or your heirs. If you wish us to destroy your report, then please inform us.

    Happy to let qualified historians use my report. My heirs belong to a little-known cult of irritable ninjas so any unqualified users will be summarily executed.

    PS: My standards for qualification are secret and proprietary.

    Which journal is that?
    I had a request to referee a paper last week, giving me the opportunity to tell the editor "I'm busy preparing to be hit by a Category 5 hurricane". They accepted this as a valid excuse!
